The black polka-dot cube has an oval porthole that shows the dragées before purchase: smooth, matte, all slightly different. Inside live almonds and hazelnuts coated in gianduia and dusted with cocoa. The shell gives way with a dry snap, then the toasted nut fills the mouth and the cocoa stays on your fingers.
