A kilo of milk hazelnut chocolate, hand-wrapped, with PGI Piedmont hazelnuts left whole inside the mass. At the cut the blade meets them and the slice breaks wherever it happens. The paste is soft and milky, almost spreadable, and the toasted hazelnuts arrive one at a time to break the sweetness.
