2. Products
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly depending on the monitor used.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. For purchases made by consumers residing in other EU countries, the VAT applied is that of the destination country in accordance with the OSS (One Stop Shop, EU Regulation 2017/2455) regulations. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order.
4. Shipping
Shipments are made to Italy and European Union countries. Shipping times and costs are indicated at checkout. La Molina S.r.l. is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, except for the exceptions provided for perishable food products (Article 59 of the Consumer Code). For more details, please consult our Return and Refund Policy.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 for a period of 2 years from purchase.
