Right of withdrawal 
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide any reason.

Food and perishable products 
Customers are informed that, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products custom-made or clearly personalized, nor to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Non-food products (gift boxes, packaging) For non-perishable products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• the product is intact and in its original packaging
• it has not been used

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Refunds 
Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or incorrect products 
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
