Half a kilo of dark gianduia closed with a steel lever. The color is almost black, the surface glossy like enamel. The spoon goes in with effort, then the cream melts slowly and releases a deep cocoa that the hazelnut rounds off without sweetening. On toasted bread it is excellent; melted over a scoop of ice cream, something else again.
