The midnight blue box, crossed by the large copper pattern, arrives at the table before the dessert and holds up the wait very well. Inside, the smooth milk chocolate surface gives nothing away. Then the knife goes down and starts to crunch: underneath is the gianduia cream full of puffed rice, which melts while the rice keeps making itself heard.
