Whole PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and Flor de Sal inside an ingot of milk gianduia. The paste is tender and sweet, the salt crystals do not all melt together: they happen, and when they happen the hazelnut is twice as noticeable. To be broken by hand and passed around, if you can manage.

Piedmont Hazelnuts PGI 43% (whole hazelnuts 24%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, salt 0.6%; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural flavouring: vanilla.
